Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for formulating the rules, regulations, and relevant management standards of the National High Energy Physics Science Data Center, drafting the centers development plans and annual programs, and integrating the necessary software, hardware resources, and personnel for the center.

Expert Committee
The Expert Committee is composed of high-energy physics experimental experts, technical experts in computing, and financial experts. It guides the centers development direction and implementation plans, determines key tasks, evaluates scientific progress and operational status, and provides consultation on research plans and major technical issues of the data center.

User Committee
The User Committee is composed of data center personnel, application domain experts, representatives of high-energy physics experiment users, representatives of astrophysics experiment users, and representatives of users conducting interdisciplinary research依托于 ray-based major scientific facilities. It evaluates and provides guidance on the resources, platforms, tools, and services provided by the data center.

Center Office
The Center Office is responsible for the daily administrative and support operations of the data center. The data center includes the Operation and Technology R&D Department and the Cooperation and Application Promotion Department, which specifically undertake key technology research and development, daily platform operation, application services for the high-energy physics domain, and international cooperation tasks for the National High Energy Physics Science Data Center.
