Energy frontier is one of the three major branches of high energy physics. The objectives of energy frontier are to explore and search for new particles and forces beyond the Standard Model. Researchers use data from LHC to study the origin of mass, Dark Matter, and supersymmetry etc. The NHEPSDC provides data of ATLAS, CMS and LHCb experiments for the relevant researches. The Center also provides Grid computing services to scientists from LHC collaborations.
About 1PB of data are provided at the Center. These are a fraction of ATLAS, CMS and LHCb experiment data. More data are fetched from CERN when users request. The Center is equipped with 2000 CPU cores of computing resources for data processing and analysis.
